Dance music’s favourite duo of brothers returns to the white isle this summer with their innovative Wildlife concept. Disclosure are bringing their fresh take on nightlife to nowhere other than DC-10, whose reputation for going above and beyond the norm makes it the perfect club for the brothers to push all the right buttons and boundaries.
Wildlife will be taking on four Friday nights in the seminal underground venue DC-10: July 21st, July 28th, August 4th and August 11th – so if you want to be part of this unforgettable experience, snap your ticket up quick. The duo announced earlier this year that they would be taking some well-deserved time off from touring, so this passion project presents itself as a rare opportunity to bask in their unique electronic sound. Widely known for their hugely successful and unusual collaborations, Disclosure have developed a sound unlike anyone else on the scene, so we can’t wait to see what Wildlife has in store.
Any beliefs that DC-10 was a one-party venue have now been well and truly shattered, largely due to the incredible array of artists pouring through its doors. These have included the legendary all-encompassing parties thrown by Jamie Jones’ Paradise on a Wednesday and some truly incredible Friday and Saturday night collaborations.
Few details have been released about what Wildlife has in store for DC-10, but if previous parties are anything to go by, you can expect a fresh mix of new and established talent in the electronic scene to be joining the brothers. One of Disclosure’s trademarks is their boundary-pushing element of surprise, so keep your eyes peeled for announcements of who they’ve decided to bring along for the ride this summer.
This won’t be the brothers’ first foray into the DC-10 space. Having featured at iconic party Circoloco, Disclosure are well aware of the loyal following the club has amassed from punters around the globe. The club has a trailblazing reputation for curating nights that focus on the artistry of the DJs that they put in front of the crowd, which is exactly why Wildlife couldn’t have found a better home for its Ibizan edition.
Wildlife is the perfect chance to catch the pair this summer, who aren’t making many appearances after announcing their break following a hectic few years of touring. Speaking earlier this week they explained: “A few weeks ago we announced that we’d be taking some time out to relax after seven solid years of touring and releasing music. We also mentioned we’d have a couple of very special things to come throughout 2017 and this is one of them… A residency at one of our favourite and best clubs in the world, DC-10 Ibiza.”
Given that this is the last chance you might have to see Disclosure work their magic for a while, don’t sleep on tickets for one of the hottest events of the summer.
