Our identity

Thanks to our great cooking team, a top-level Mediterranean gastronomy is born in Taste of Salia. The menu preserves Mediterranean tradition and in each recipe there is great respect for the product teaming with local suppliers to find the best quality. It consists of an honest cuisine where our main ingredients shine by itself in each dish, with very special preparation: the perfect options to share or not, and have a good time in a great environment. Miguel Ángel offer an innovative cuisine based on tradition and their connection with the island. A menu with its own identity where the recipes and local products coexist using techniques and flavours from other cultures, creating short gastronomic story tales that will excite you at every bite.
