The global star is joined by house heavyweight Patrick Topping and rising talent Delilah on Tuesday, 9 September, for one of the season’s most anticipated nights.
The countdown is on at Ushuaïa Ibiza for one of the summer’s most anticipated nights. On Tuesday 9th September, chart-topping DJ and producer John Summit will headline the legendary open-air stage with a unique A–Z showcase, marking a career milestone and a season highlight for the island.
The Chicago-born DJ, producer, and Experts Only label boss has become one of the most in-demand names in electronic music, selling out venues from Madison Square Garden to LA’s BMO Stadium, amassing close to a billion streams, and shaping the sound of a new generation of house music. Fresh off an impressive run of European festivals this summer—including a mainstage debut at Tomorrowland, as well as standout performances at Ultra Europe, Lollapalooza Berlin, and Lollapalooza Paris—Summit continues to raise the bar on the global stage. Known for his high-octane sets and larger-than-life persona, he has established himself as a fearless innovator whose every performance turns into a worldwide talking point.
For this headline debut at Ushuaïa Ibiza, Summit curates a lineup that channels his bold, genre-blurring approach. Patrick Topping, founder of the influential Trick label and one of house and techno’s most respected figures, is set to deliver a high-energy performance marked by infectious grooves and uncompromising underground credibility. His unique ability to balance cutting-edge sounds with crowd-igniting rhythms makes him the perfect fit for this landmark night. Rising star Delilah adds a fresh edge to the lineup, blending raw, emotive vocals with bass-driven power. With her fearless, genre-defying style, she represents the new wave of electronic artists pushing boundaries and will bring a powerful dimension to Summit’s curated showcase.
This exclusive September appearance crowns what has already been a hugely successful season in Ibiza for Summit. From his sold-out Experts Only takeovers at Hï Ibiza to his explosive sets with ANTS at Ushuaïa Ibiza and his standout performance at Anyma’s groundbreaking [UNVRS] show, he has left an undeniable mark on the island this summer — all leading up to his unmissable solo headline debut at Ushuaïa Ibiza.
With its festival-scale production, unrivalled atmosphere, and open-air dancefloor under the Balearic skies, Ushuaïa Ibiza is where unforgettable moments are made. On 9th September, John Summit will write a new chapter in that legacy with a show that captures the full force of his unstoppable rise. ABOUT JOHN SUMMIT
John Summit is one of the most in-demand names in global dance music. The superstar DJ, producer, and label owner has amassed nearly one billion global streams, scored two #1 U.S. dance radio hits, and landed two Top 10 tracks on the Billboard Hot Electronic/Dance Songs chart. Known for his explosive live shows, Summit consistently sells out major venues worldwide — from a lightning-fast sellout at New York City’s Madison Square Garden (17,000 tickets in under two hours) to three packed shows at L.A.’s Kia Forum (over 45,000 tickets sold), and a headline date at BMO Stadium (22,000). He introduced Experts Only Festival NYC,a groundbreaking two-day live music event set to take over Randall’s Island on September 20 & 21 in partnership with Medium Rare, Relentless Beats, and EMW.
Summer 2025 sees him holding a coveted Ibiza residency — a major milestone for an American DJ — while this fall he’ll headline London’s O2 Arena (10,000 capacity). Whether commanding an arena or an underground club, the Chicago native (now based in Miami) brings his signature high-octane energy to every set. Behind the scenes, Summit is a meticulous and thoughtful artist. Formerly a CPA by day and music tutor by night, he now spends long hours in the studio crafting dynamic, emotionally resonant tracks. As a touring artist, he’s headlined festivals around the world, including the Sahara Stage at Coachella 2024, and produced unforgettable events in unique locations — from the hills of Tennessee to snowy takeovers in Vail, Colorado, and Tahoe, Nevada — all under the banner of his label, Experts Only.
Founded in pursuit of complete creative freedom, Experts Only is a global movement built on the principle of music without limits — blending house, techno, melodic, and everything in between. Summit’s global hits like “Where You Are” (feat. HAYLA), “Human” (feat. Echoes), and “Go Back” with Sub Focus (feat. Julia Church) reflect that ethos. He has also been recognized for his impact in the dance music genre through nominations for a Billboard Music Award for Top
Dance/Electronic Album and the American Music Award for Favorite Dance/Electronic artist.
On July 12, 2024, he released his highly anticipated debut album Comfort In Chaos. Exploring themes of vice and virtue, highs and lows, and the duality of the human experience, the album reveals the man behind the icon — pairing Summit’s signature dancefloor energy with raw emotion and introspection. As he continues to evolve, Summit is poised for even greater heights, delivering a rare combination of musical innovation and deeply personal storytelling
