Our recent visit to Adios Ibiza was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled right at the entrance of Dalt Vila, this charming restaurant offers the perfect mix of atmosphere and authenticity — a place where Ibiza’s timeless beauty meets the soul of Italian cuisine.

We began our evening with the meatballs, which were tender, rich, and full of flavour — a true Italian classic done perfectly. The potato croquettes were light and crisp on the outside with a beautifully creamy centre, while the Mozzarella in Carrozza was utterly delicious — golden, gooey, and perfectly seasoned.

The Truffle Pizza was a standout dish, oozing indulgence with its earthy truffle aroma, while the Mortadella Pizza with creamy burrata , authentic Italian mortadella, and crushed pistachios offered a wonderful balance of textures and flavours. Every bite was a reminder of Italy’s culinary excellence, transported to the heart of Ibiza.

The service was impeccable, warm, and attentive without being intrusive. The ambience was relaxed yet refined — the perfect setting for an intimate dinner or a gathering with friends.
