Maymanta, the flagship restaurant of Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel, is preparing to welcome the season with exciting new menu items. Directed by renowned Peruvian chef Omar Malpartida, this restaurant, which has been awarded one Sun by the Repsol Guide, stands out for its fusion of Peruvian and Mediterranean flavours, offering a unique culinary experience based on first-class local Ibizan and Peruvian produce. As part of the novelties, Maymanta will incorporate a wide variety of Andean cereals and types of quinoa in its menu, as well as 100% Peruvian ceviche, made with lemons brought directly from this South American country. A menu that promises to transport diners to the Peruvian coast with every bite.
This exclusive restaurant will also offer a selection of Tacama pisco, obtained from different grape varieties directly imported from Peru. Diners will also have the opportunity to taste limited editions of this distillate, including the first limited edition Parra Centenario pisco, made from vines over 100 years old.
Maymanta once again renews its commitment to freshness and the quality of the island’s Kilómetro Cero products, combining flavours and culinary techniques to offer a healthy and balanced menu. This year 2024 this philosophy is extrapolated to its new tasting menus specially designed for groups that will be served in the different spaces set up on the hotel’s terrace to offer an exclusive encounter in all kinds of corporate meetings, family events or celebrations among friends.
