Can Salia are delighted to introduce their latest menu, in line with the hotel’s philosophy and the spirit of our restaurant, Taste of Salia. They are committed to showcasing local products from Ibiza to both our valued tourists and the island’s community.

Starting next Monday, September 25th, Can Salia will launch a menu reminiscent of the traditional autumn gastronomic events of Sabors, which unfortunately won’t take place this year.

MENU TASTE OF IBIZA – OTOÑO 2023, and you will find the  “Taste of Ibiza” menu, a culinary tribute to local treasures such as carob, pumpkin, Payés chicken, cheeses, sobrasadas, and cabbage, among other seasonal ingredients. Each dish proudly spotlights a local ingredient, with a special emphasis on these elements.

This menu will be available every day of the week until the end of October, for both lunch and dinner. As an additional touch, it includes a shot of Ibicencan herbs for those interested.

Although the Sabors gastronomic events won’t happen this autumn, we remain committed to promoting and introducing the exceptional products of our island at a time when tourists continue to arrive, and the local community has more opportunities to enjoy our services.

Can Salia believe the price, at just €35 for a menu of this quality, offers excellent value.
