Boutique Ibizan lifestyle hotel, Hotel Riomar, has announced a special evening of food, music and culture to celebrate Spain’s historic San Juan Night. Taking place from 8pm overlooking the beautiful Santa Eulalia promenade and Mediterranean Sea, Hotel Riomar will welcome some of Ibiza’s favourite fashion brands for a special pop up outdoor night market.

Hotel Riomar will welcome local brands AGGA, AHO and Kumbia for a special showcase of local talent often found at Ibiza’s hippy market Las Dalias.  AGGA is an Ibiza-born sunglasses brand with shades and lenses inspired by the beautiful sunsets and vistas on the island. Hotel Riomar will also welcome AHO offering beautiful handmade vegan hats perfect for fashionable nomads. Also setting up shop on the Santa Eulalia promenade is Kumbia, a fashion brand from husband and wife duo who have fused their Latin and Spanish heritage to create key pieces for eternal summers.

Hotel Riomar will also offer a special culinary delight, the San Juan dinner hosted at the bohemian outdoor lounge space of the hotel called Tribe. Priced at 50€ per person, guests can enjoy a thoughtfully curated three-course meal menu, featuring expertly crafted dishes that promise a flavorful dining experience. Island classics include the Ibizan Potato Salad, featuring roasted peppers, red onion, hard-boiled eggs, tuna, and black olives. For mains, meat lovers can enjoy the Grilled Beef Fillet, complemented by green beans, roasted asparagus, and a delectable pink pepper sauce. Vegetarians can delight in the Wild Mushroom Risotto, prepared with Parmesan and a touch of black pepper.

To complete the dining experience, savour the Apple Crepe Flambé, flamboyantly prepared with rum and accompanied by a scoop of delightful almond ice cream.

Throughout the evening, sip on craft cocktails and the finest selection of beers, wines and spirits from Hotel Riomar’s Ocean Bar & Brasserie whilst enjoying vibrant music by the music band named Saxo Beats.
