This summer, The Standard, Ibiza is set to transform the island’s casual dining scene with an unmissable collaboration, bringing Copenhagen’s world-famous Gasoline Grill to Ibiza and Spain for the very first time. Known for its cult-following and freshly ground organic beef, Gasoline Grill will take up residence at the hotel’s ground-floor restaurant, Jara, from April 29, serving up its legendary burgers from midday until sold out.

Gasoline Grill’s story is as iconic as its menu. Opening discreetly in 2016 inside a working Copenhagen gas station, it quickly became an underground sensation, selling out on its first day—and every day since. Today, it has earned a spot on Bloomberg’s ‘27 Best Burgers in the World’, and just last month opened its tenth restaurant in the city while dominating TikTok’s foodie scene, renowned for its unpretentious yet irresistible smash burgers. Now, for the first time ever, Ibiza locals and international holidaymakers can experience what makes these burgers truly unforgettable.

The Standard, Ibiza and Gasoline Grill will present a co-created menu at Jara, featuring the brand’s iconic, no-fuss, flavour-packed burgers: The Original Burger, Cheeseburger, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, signature vegetarian Matr patties and an ‘Ibiza Special’ – crafted using local ingredients including Sobresada cured meat and paprika-rubbed Mahon cheese especially for The Standard, Ibiza – will be also available in strictly limited numbers until sold out.

For those looking to take the experience beyond the restaurant, Gasoline Grill will also be available for take-out, making it easier than ever to pick up the island’s hottest burger for a beach or boat day, or simply enjoy from the comfort of home.
