INNSiDE by Meliá Ibiza, part of Meliá Hotels International, has joined forces with Ibiza’s wildly popular chicken concept restaurant, La Chickeria. The independent, rotisserie-grill masters will launch an in-house residency at INNSiDE by Meliá Ibiza this April – taking over the hotel’s former pool-side and beach-facing restaurant space for a brand-new destination restaurant.
Bringing their passion for great food and good vibes to San Antoni Bay, this new collaboration hails the much-anticipated second restaurant for the Santa Getrudis originals. La Chickeria chefs – AKA the spitmasters – will serve up the specialty marinated, organic, free-range chicken to hotel guests and locals throughout the season.
Open every day, the laid-back style restaurant is open to all. Set on the ground floor of the eclectic, modern hotel located in the bustling beachside destination of San Antonio Bay, La Chickeria guests will be able to dine with views looking out to a stunning stretch of coastline; known around the world as an iconic sunset paradise. With INNSiDE by Meliá Ibiza at the heart of the sunset bay and direct access to the beautiful golden Platja es Pinet beach, it’s the perfect base to immerse yourself in the Ibiza spirit.
Offering simple, but tasty comfort food, with an extended menu for the new La Chickeria in the Bay restaurant, diners can expect impressive tender free-range Chicken marinated in the La Chickeria signature sauce and grilled on the Rotisserie Grill – other grill specialities include juicy baby back spareribs marinated with their signature BBQ sauce, burgers, mixed grill and more.
There’s something for everyone, with Vegan and vegetarian dishes too: the famous Beyond Vegan Burger, is a must try, served with lettuce, tomato, sweet pickle, onion and its homemade sauce. Guest can load up on the fresh stuff, with tasty salads – Goats Cheese, Burrata, Caesar and Falafel. There’s comfort sides and a sharer menu featuring Buffalo wings, Nachos with guacamole and fruit plates. For those with a love of sweet things, there’s a selection of house-made desserts.

“The original idea for La Chickeria was born in Amsterdam in 2013, before we opened our first restaurant, it took us months of experimenting to establish the right way to season our chickens. The marinade consists of more than 30 different herbs and spices- a perfectly balanced speciality sauce that we’re proud of. We’re passionate about our chickens too – we serve chickens that are born and raised in an organic way.”
