Novikov Ibiza is launching this Summer in Ibiza marina at The Gran Hotel.  The renowned restaurant that opened in Mayfair London over a decade ago will be landing on the island end of May, just in time for the Ibiza season to commence.  This newcomer to the Island is set to become one of the Islands hottest venues for 2023, offering an explosion of Pan Asian delights.

An exclusive experience awaits at Novikov Ibiza, from the light airy design of the restaurant to the finest ingredients used by the chefs, the quality of the food a full encompassing Pan Asian menu to delight your senses.

Novikov is well known for its food excellence, atmosphere, attention to detail and sophisticated style.

The entrance is flanked by two palm trees, and leads to a decked dining terrace of olive and palm trees seating 120 diners, against an illuminated bamboo wall.

On entering the restaurant, there are two chef counters, a Peking Duck kitchen and a curved sushi bar.  Four Japanese chefs will delight the senses preparing the fresh fish feast at the sushi counter with the Chinese Peking duck chef expertly shredding the duck on the other counter.   The main chefs kitchen is visible through a round window from the dining room.

The inside dining area seats another 50 covers, it’s a calm serene space featuring warm woods, subtle green highlights and amber lighting.

The cocktail list looks set to delight and complement the menu, utilising some of the best bartenders on the island with an inspiring Novikov cocktails, including the Wasabi Martini and all the classics.

The Pan Asian menu, features the finest Seafood and ingredients from around the World and is set to offer some gastronomic delights to tempt all tastebuds.
