On September 20th and 21st, the 2nd Ibiza Gourmet Fair will bring together the best of Pitiusas gastronomy. Featuring renowned local venues such as La Cava, Ficus, Can Mario, Carpe Diem, Vila Vins, Los Andaluces, Camalic, Salewski, Sa Trugeta, and Mola Taco, the event will also include stands from local producers.
A highlight of the fair will be a roundtable discussion featuring nine acclaimed chefs, who will explore Ibiza’s success as a premier global gastronomic destination. This discussion will kick off the culinary event.
In its 17th year, the Ibiza Beer Fair will run alongside the Ibiza Gourmet Fair, offering more than 200 beverage options, with live performances from DJs Javi Box, Jordi Cardona, Toni Torres, Petit, and Vázquez.
Culinary Delights and Local Producers
With nine diverse gastronomic offerings, a roundtable discussion, two live cooking demonstrations, a wine and ham tasting, and local product tastings, the 2nd Ibiza Gourmet Fair promises something for everyone. The fair will be held at the Recinto Ferial de Ibiza and will showcase high-quality products, including those from Jamones Los Andaluces and Vila Vins, who will present a special pairing titled “4 Wines for 4 Hams” during the event’s inauguration.
Visitors can also expect vibrant food trucks from Camalic, Ficus, Salewski Artesanos, Mola Taco, and Sa Trugeta. Additionally, Can Mario, Carpe Diem, La Cava, and local producers from Ibiza Sabors Eivissa will have stands offering island specialties.
Focus on Local Producers
A key feature of this year’s fair is the participation of local producers involved in the Ibiza Sabors Eivissa program, an initiative by the Consell Insular d’Eivissa and Pimeef. These producers will showcase a range of island products with Designation of Origin (D.O.), including honey, wine, olive oil, farm-fresh vegetables, seafood, traditional sweets, breads, spices, and nuts.
Event Highlights: Opening Ceremony, Showcookings, and Live Music
The event will officially open on September 20th at 7:00 PM, beginning with a traditional ball pagès performance by the Colla de Sa Bodega. Following this, nine esteemed chefs from Ibiza and Formentera, including Óscar Molina (La Gaia), Álvaro Sanz (Es Tragón), and David Grussaute (UNIC), will discuss the evolution and positioning of the Pitiusas as a top-tier gastronomic destination. Moderated by journalist Montse Monsalve, this panel boasts three Michelin stars and nine Repsol Suns among its participants.
After the roundtable, there will be two live cooking demonstrations. The first will feature Ficus restaurant’s unique Latin-Mediterranean fusion, while Marga Orell from Ibiza Sabors will showcase the versatility of local ingredients. This will be followed by the “4 Wines for 4 Hams” tasting, promising a unique pairing experience.

Throughout the weekend, attendees can explore over 200 beverage selections at the Beer Fair while enjoying live music from resident DJs Javi Box and Jordi Cardona on Friday, and Toni Torres, along with Petit and Vázquez from La Movida, on Saturday afternoon.
