Christmas Eve at Jara – 24 December 2025
Jara marks Christmas Eve with a curated menu crafted especially for the occasion by the Executive Chef. Refined dishes including white prawn tartare with truffle winter sweet potato salad, and slow-cooked suckling pig, paired with a bespoke wine experience will be available to guests. The evening’s soundtrack will be performed live by William Graff, setting the tone for a warm and stylish celebration.
Festivities continue the following day with the hotel’s cult-favourite Not Your Standard Bingo, held on Christmas Day, bringing the community of guests together for some festive cheer.
New Year’s Eve at The Standard, Ibiza – 31 December 2025
The island’s most vibrant year-end celebration returns to Jara with a single dinner service, where guests can savour an elevated menu featuring lobster with spiced buerre blanc and slow-cooked suckling lamb shoulder.
A curated soundtrack from DJ Pippi & William Graff carries the evening until guests head to The Green Room, where the official New Year’s party continues until 4am, driven by a live set from Hot Ice Collective. To kick 2026 off in The Standard’s signature style, Not Your Standard Bingo returns on New Year’s Day.

Cocktails & Collage – 18 December
A creative workshop at Jara hosted by Atelier Noº74, where guests can disconnect, craft, collage and enjoy an a la carte cocktail. A guided artistic experience will be held from 5 – 7PM, with limited spaces available.
