Imminent summer season.
Ibiza has moved into the second phase of de-escalation and this week has seen people hitting the beaches and soaking up the beautiful weather once again. Further good news came from the office of the Spanish Foreign Minister, Reyes Maroto, who announced that international tourism will be allowed from the start of July.
This should hopefully create some much-needed business for the island and its residents, who are now rapidly re-opening in preparation for the beginning of the imminent summer season (albeit a bit shortened).
Since we last posted about the now open restaurants a couple of weeks ago, we’ve seen a huge influx of establishments opening their doors once again. Because we’re very fond of food on Discover Ibiza, we decided to publish a second list of who’s open and where.
There are roughly five weeks before the tourists return, so in the meantime support your local eatery or bar by popping in for some tapas or a cocktail.
