With Ibiza increasingly buzzing year-round – from intimate cultural experiences to standout winter club events such as Marco Carola’s Music On NYE at Pacha Ibiza – the hotel ushers in a season of elevated dining, refreshed menus, and curated music moments designed for a sensational winter trip.
Guests can now discover five newly curated sharing-style menus – from One Cherry to Five Cherries – each crafted for convivial dining and rich with Mediterranean flavours. Highlights include Andalusian-style calamari, steak tartare with potato millefeuille, burratina with arugula pesto, Neapolitan milanese with truffled mash, Mediterranean octopus and seabass with Ibizan “patata”, all rounded off with petit fours or seasonal fruit. Menus range from €42 to €70, offering an irresistible journey through colour, texture and taste.
This season also introduces a new 5-course tasting menu (€55), a gastronomic celebration designed for those who savour dining as an art form. From truffle-kissed tuna carpaccio to indulgent spinach and ricotta ravioli and a traditional Ibizan-style pizza crowned with sobrasada and taggiasca olives, each course is paired with premium Spanish wines, creating a multi-layered, soulful Mediterranean feast.
For Christmas Eve, Pacha Hotel is serving up a gourmet feast, from indulgent brioche toast with foie, Iberian ham croquettes and sizzling grilled scallops. Mains include succulent prawn skewers and beef tenderloin with chestnuts and truffle mash. Finish on a sweet note with Tarta de Santiago and creamy nougat ice cream – an unforgettable festive experience at €100 per person.
For an unforgettable start to 2026, Pacha Hotel presents its New Year’s Eve Mediterranean Gala Dinner (€250 per person, including entry to Pacha Ibiza before 1:30 AM). The five-course celebration features lobster salad, wild sea bass, tenderloin and a gold-dusted Sacher Torte all paired with fine wines and champagne. As the clock strikes midnight, guests transition seamlessly into Pacha Ibiza’s legendary Music On NYE, headlined by Italian techno star Marco Carola with fresh tech house innovators Nic Fanciulli, Franky Rizardo, and Mason Collective.
Rounding out the winter programming, Live Football Nights bring together the excitement of LaLiga and top international matches with a special “1 Pizza + 1 Free Drink” combo, available on match-day (1 – 4 PM and 7 – 11 PM).
