Internationally recognised French restaurant, Jaïs, is proud to announce its opening in Ibiza this summer, bringing its contemporary interpretation of French gastronomy to the Balearic island. Marking its first opening outside of France, Jaïs Ibiza will open for the 2026 season from 4th of June as one of the island’s most anticipated openings.

Created by Chef Jaïs Mimoun, Jaïs is known globally for its refined blend of Parisian sophistication and vibrant, convivial atmosphere. Its reimagined expression of French cuisine is shaped by the chef’s Moroccan heritage, bringing subtle Mediterranean influences to a menu centred around exceptional seasonal ingredients, artistic presentation and modern creativity.

Born in Paris, Chef Jaïs grew up in the restaurant world thanks to his parents, founders of the Moroccan restaurant Le Tagine in the 11th Arrondissement. After training in top Parisian kitchens including Le Bristol under Éric Frechon, he became head chef of Petit Tonneau at just 22 years of age. In 2012, he opened Le Petit Célestin with his brother Yanice, followed by Jaïs in 2016, a venue designed to fully express his culinary creativity. Following the success of Jaïs Ramatuelle and Jaïs Courchevel in 2025, the chef now unveils his plans for 2026: the reopening of Jaïs Ramatuelle, the Le Petit Célestin rooftop at the KUBE in Saint-Tropez – and his first opening in Spain with Jaïs Ibiza.

Set in a preserved Spanish-style finca, Jaïs Ibiza will open seven days a week from 7pm until late throughout the season until the end of September. Accommodating approximately 100 to 110 guests across its charming indoor-outdoor space, the restaurant will evolve from elegant dining into a vibrant late-evening setting to match the rhythm of Ibiza.

The à la carte menu will feature signature items that regulars will know and love alongside some new dishes created especially for Ibiza, designed for sharing. Conceived as both a restaurant and wine-bar destination, Jaïs will present one of the island’s most distinctive wine collections imported directly from Paris, offering guests rare depth and diversity rarely found in Ibiza.

Opening on 4th of June, Jaïs is set to bring its sincere, refined cuisine to awaken the senses of diners in Ibiza for the 2026 season, with bookings available now.
