Last year, legendary clubbing brand Pacha turned 50. After half a century of entertaining the world and organising some of the best club nights and events on earth, Pacha has built up an unrivalled reputation so it’s no surprise the brand is planning to celebrate its half-centenary in style. The dance institution has teamed up with Pete Tong, conductor Jules Buckley and The Heritage Orchestra to plan one of the most anticipated events of the Ibiza summer. Due to take place at Destino Ibiza at the beginning of August, the night is set to be one of the most phenomenal shows of the year.

Following the release of Pete Tong’s number one album Classic House, demand for his record spinning skills and innovative sounds has never been higher. Released by Universal Music in 2015, the album made its debut at the BBC Radio One’s Ibiza Proms at the Royal Albert Hall. The energetic and infectious brand of dance music Pete Tong is known for has been taken to a new level by the hand of artistic director Chris Wheeler, the unique sounds of the 65-strong Heritage orchestra and Jules Buckley. This has helped to create a revolutionary album that’s set to take Ibiza by storm.

This year has already seen Pete Tong perform in LA, Melbourne and Sydney and he’ll soon be bringing his acclaimed show back to where it all began with a show at one of the White Isle’s most spectacular venues. Set on the cliff tops of Cap Martinet in Talamanca Bay, Destino Pacha Ibiza takes in sweeping views of the glittering Mediterranean and nearby Formentera Island. Clubbers can listen to track after iconic track as they look out over the island’s pretty beaches, rugged cliffs and dramatic skies.

As one of the biggest names in dance music, and the voice of Radio One’s dance programing, Pete Tong has had a huge influence on music and clubbers attending the show will be treated to a bold and intoxicating mix of orchestral sounds and iconic dance tracks. And if anyone knows how to give the partygoers what they want, it’s Pete Tong.

Tickets for the event are set to sell out fast, so if you’re planning a trip to the White Isle and want to experience what’s sure to be a legendary Ibiza event, make sure you grab yours fast.

Ibiza Classics will take place at Destino Pacha Ibiza on 5th August 2017.
